Intent1’s 12 Week One on One Coaching Program

A tremendous amount of scientific evidence makes it clear that our brains can change physically. We can build neural networks that support behavior that works for us and extinguish those that work against us. The challenge for most people that want different outcomes is a simple one; locating, employing and sticking with the work required to cause those changes.

The research is very clear. If you want to change your outcomes, spend more time with people that are headed in the direction you’re headed, that have already achieved the outcomes you are working towards or that have expertise in helping others to get where you’re trying to go.

We believe that there is only one reason to employ coaching in your achievement strategy; because you’ll do better with a coach than without one. The reason we believe you’ll do better with one of our coaches is simple. Our coach’s accountability is to provide you with a roadmap for achieving your goals and to ensure that you stick to the work necessary to do so.

At Intent1, our coaches provide clients with guidance as they work through the achievement process. They help clients to understand the language they use with themselves and others. They hold clients accountable for living up to their word. They help clients understand their biases and how that affects their outlook and decisions. They support clients in overcoming ineffective habits and limiting beliefs. Most of all, our coaches support clients through the inevitable gaps and lows that appear in every pursuit. We do this in order to ensure that clients remain on track and on purpose when they otherwise would not.

Schedule a Coaching Session with a Coach

Intent1’s One on One Coaching Program is a 12-week program in which participants will:

  1. Learn and utilize the fundamentals of goal achievement
  2. Use a web-based achievement management tool to structure the achievement of 3 high value goals of their choosing
  3. Work through the achievement of those 3 high value goals
  4. Actively replace or install one key habit and one key belief
  5. Develop the practice of daily mental alignment and self-monitoring
  6. Participate in 12, one hour, video conferenced achievement coaching sessions, designed to support achievement of the participants’ high value goals
  7. Receive and utilize a custom produced Personal Alignment Recording (PAR), designed to provide the participant with the means to maintain focus and motivation through the goal achievement process

PARTICIPANTS ARE EXPECTED TO:

  1. Register as a coaching participant on the Intent1 website.
  2. Complete a 40 Question, multiple choice, Success Probability Assessment.
  3. Use the calendar provided to schedule weekly coaching sessions and attend those scheduled coaching sessions.
  4. Complete the PEG – Purpose, Essence and Gifts process with their achievement coach.
  5. Complete the Goal Setting process for their 3 high value goals.
  6. Complete the Vision clarification process.
  7. Listen to the PAR – Personal Alignment Recording on a daily basis following its production for the duration of the coaching relationship
  8. Track the relevant activities in the Daily Tracking System.
